1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or utilizing the Mantra mobile application, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use and delete the application.

2. Permitted Spiritual & Personal Use

Mantra is provided exclusively for personal, non-commercial spiritual practice, prayer, and scriptural study. You may not:

Scrape, redistribute, or commercially exploit canonical scriptures, translations, or proprietary audio recitations.
Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the application's APIs or security controls.
Use the application to disseminate hate speech, offensive content, or malicious automation.

3. Disclaimer of Spiritual & Religious Content

Educational & Spiritual Nature: The sacred mantras, aartis, chalisas, and scriptural translations provided within the app are derived from orthodox Hindu traditions. They are offered in good faith for meditation and inner contemplation. Mantra does not guarantee supernatural results, financial windfalls, or physical healing.

4. Account & Security

You are responsible for maintaining control of your registered email account through which 2-step OTP codes are received. AarambhTech is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from compromised email accounts.

5. Intellectual Property

While ancient Vedic Sanskrit texts exist in the public spiritual domain, all original translations, Devanagari typography stylings, UI designs, audio recordings, and software source code remain the intellectual property of AarambhTech.
